1. Hizmet

Minidu, 2-6 yaş okul öncesi çocuklar için tasarlanmış bir eğitim uygulamasıdır. Temel içeriğin bir kısmı ücretsizdir; "Minidu Plus" aboneliği ek içerik ve etkinliklerin kilidini açar.

2. Deneme süresi

Minidu Plus için 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme iki şekilde sunulabilir: - Mağaza denemesi (App Store / Google Play): Mağaza hesabınızdaki ödeme yöntemiyle başlatılır. Mağaza denemesi yalnızca aylık planda sunulur. Deneme bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezseniz, deneme sonunda aylık Minidu Plus ücreti mağaza hesabınızdan otomatik olarak tahsil edilir ve aylık abonelik başlar. Yıllık plan denemesizdir ve satın alındığında ücretlendirilir. Mağaza denemesinden yalnızca uygun (daha önce yararlanmamış) kullanıcılar bir kez yararlanabilir. - Uygulama içi deneme: Mağaza denemesi sunulamadığında uygulama, kartsız bir deneme sunabilir. Bu denemede ödeme bilgisi istenmez ve süre bitince ücret alınmaz; devam etmek için abone olmanız gerekir.

Uygulama, satın alma ekranında hangi denemenin geçerli olduğunu ve deneme sonrası ücreti açıkça gösterir.

3. Abonelik ve iptal

Abonelikler Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yönetilir. Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında mağaza hesabınızdan alınır. Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce otomatik yenileme kapatılmadıkça aynı süre ve fiyatla otomatik olarak yenilenir. Aboneliğinizi ve otomatik yenilemeyi istediğiniz zaman cihazınızın mağaza hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz; iptal, mevcut faturalama döneminin sonunda geçerli olur.

4. Ebeveyn sorumluluğu

Uygulama, ebeveyn/vasi gözetiminde kullanılmak üzere tasarlanmıştır. Ebeveyn alanına erişim bir doğrulama sorusuyla (ebeveyn kapısı) korunur; hesap ve satın alma işlemlerinden ebeveyn/vasi sorumludur.

5. İçerik kullanımı

Uygulama içeriği yalnızca kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanım içindir; kopyalanamaz veya yeniden dağıtılamaz.

6. Sorumluluk sınırı

Minidu bir eğitim destek aracıdır; profesyonel eğitim, konuşma terapisi veya tıbbi tavsiye yerine geçmez. Gelişimsel bir endişeniz varsa lütfen bir uzmana danışın.

7. Değişiklikler

Bu koşullar zaman zaman güncellenebilir; önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde bildirilir.

1. Service

Minidu is an educational app designed for preschool children aged 2-6. Part of the core content is free; the "Minidu Plus" subscription unlocks additional content and activities.

2. Trial period

Minidu Plus may offer a free 7-day trial in one of two ways: - Store trial (App Store / Google Play): started with the payment method on your store account. The store trial is offered on the monthly plan only. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the monthly Minidu Plus price is charged automatically to your store account when the trial ends and the monthly subscription begins. The yearly plan has no trial and is charged at purchase. Store trials are available once, to eligible users who have not used one before. - In-app trial: when a store trial cannot be offered, the app may offer a cardless trial. No payment information is requested and nothing is charged when it ends; a subscription is required to continue.

The purchase screen always shows which trial applies and the price after the trial.

3. Subscription and cancellation

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription and auto-renewal at any time in your device's store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Parental responsibility

The app is designed to be used under parent/guardian supervision. Access to the parent area is protected by a verification question (parental gate); the parent/guardian is responsible for the account and any purchases.

5. Content use

App content is for personal, non-commercial use only; it may not be copied or redistributed.

6. Limitation of liability

Minidu is an educational support tool; it does not substitute for professional education, speech therapy, or medical advice. If you have a developmental concern, please consult a specialist.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; material changes will be communicated within the app.
